Senior software engineering for agencies and companies

AI speed. Senior standards.

Controly is the senior engineering team behind agencies and companies that need to launch. Our engineers run Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode, and answer for every line that reaches production.

Market context

Speed without control breaks in production.

Agencies

You turn the project down, or take it and lose the margin. A slow development partner misses the launch date, and the client remembers your name, not theirs.

Companies

The roadmap moves slower than the market. Every quarter a feature waits for a hire or a vendor's estimate is a quarter a competitor does not wait.

Teams building with AI

AI-generated code without senior review looks finished until it meets real users, real data and a security review. Then it becomes a rescue.

Agencies · White-label delivery

The engineering team behind the agency.

You keep the client, the creative and the credit. We deliver the build from approved design to launch, at the quality your client pays you for, on the date you committed to.

  • Campaign sites, landing pages, web apps and internal tools, faithful to the design down to the pixel
  • Inside your Slack, your Jira and your timeline; revisions come through you
  • Pitch prototypes: a working prototype the client can click before you win the account

Companies · Product engineering

Senior engineering capacity.

MVPs, SaaS, internal tools and AI features, built by senior engineers who direct the AI tools. Architecture and security are decided on day one, not patched on day ninety.

  • MVPs and new products, from discovery to launch with one accountable team
  • AI features inside the product you already have
  • Internal tools that replace the spreadsheet and the manual process behind it

AI writes the code. Seniors keep control.

The principle behind the name.

Delivery process

Five checks before production.

The same five checks apply to a landing page and to a payments flow.

Change control

One change

Any size. Any project.

  • AI Drafted
  • Senior engineer Reviewed, line by line
  • Tests Passed
  • Security review Passed
  • You Approved. Live.
  1. AI draft

The AI writes the first version from a senior engineer's brief. It is a draft, not a release.

  2. Human review

A senior engineer reviews every line, corrects what falls short and approves it.

  3. Automated tests

Tests run on every change. A failing test blocks the change.

  4. Security review

Every change that touches authentication, data or payments passes a threat review before release.

  5. Release

You review it on staging. It goes to production on your approval.

Comparative assessment

The difference is who answers for the result.

Five criteria decide whether a project holds in production. This is how each option meets them.

Controly compared with building it yourself with AI tools and with a traditional dev shop, on five criteria

Commercial terms

Engagement models.

Pitch prototype

A working prototype for your pitch, delivered in days. The client clicks a product, not a slide.

Fixed quote before any work starts

Sprint

Fixed scope, fixed date. A landing page, a campaign site, a feature.

2 to 6 weeks · Fixed quote before any work starts

Squad

A dedicated senior team on your roadmap, month to month. For products that keep moving.

Monthly rate per team

Rescue

For AI-built software that does not hold. We audit it, harden it and take it to production.

Audit first, then a fixed plan

Technology stack

A stack proven in production.

Modern where it delivers, stable where it matters. Chosen for the team that will maintain the code.

Before the scoping call

Your questions, answered.

Three ways, always in writing before work starts. Pitch prototypes and Sprints are a fixed quote for a fixed scope. A Squad is a monthly rate per team. A Rescue starts with an audit and continues with a fixed plan. No hourly billing.

Pitch prototypes and Sprints are scheduled on short notice. A Squad requires more lead time. Send the date you need; our reply confirms availability.

Senior engineers only, assigned by what the project needs: frontend, backend, security, design engineering. The people you meet on the scoping call are the people who build it. Remote, in English and Spanish, in your time zone.

Those tools produce a first version. We use them too. What they do not provide is a senior engineer who reviews, tests and secures every change and answers for it in production. That is what Controly delivers.

Through you. You collect feedback in your usual process; we turn it into a change list with a cost and a date. Revisions inside the agreed scope are part of the sprint; new scope gets a written quote. Your client hears from you, never from us.

Yes. We review the repository and the backlog, report what we found, and take a defined scope of work from there. A codebase with structural problems becomes a Rescue.

Scope and proposal

Let's discuss the project.

Send a Figma, a brief or a description of the scope. You receive a plan, a price and a start date, in writing.
